Our stunning indoor and outdoor spaces include:

A private 12-person dining room. Extending off of Area 31's main dining room on EPIC Hotel's 16th floor, this beautiful room features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Miami's skyline and waterways. A sliding door ensures your privacy, and technological amenities like data ports and room lighting and sound controls assure your success.
A second private dining room for up to six people. Also extending off of the main dining room with its own sliding door, this smaller room offers a more intimate space and private balcony. Like the larger room, you'll enjoy Area 31's amazing views, exclusive sound and lighting control, data ports and memorable food and drink.
A spectacular 4200-square-foot ballroom for up to 300 guests. A sea of illuminated glass spheres is suspended from the ceiling, softly reflecting the water and Miami skyline views visible through floor-to-ceiling windows.
Poolside cabanas and casitas for intimate outdoor events day or night. Enjoy Chef Critchley's exclusive Casita Dinner under the stars.
Our terrace and pool deck, with the unmatchable views, make an ideal setting for larger parties.
